Weary

I am absolutely stressed out.  I found myself sitting on the bed this morning close to tears and it was only 7 am.  Got up and set to work cleaning up.  Passover is the end of the week and I have seven to eight people coming over.  A menu is slowly being assembled.  Meanwhile, clothes still have to be washed.  Floors mopped.  Dishes washed.  How do single moms do it?

I attended a friend’s birthday party last night.  It was actually a program and I left at “intermission”.  The birthday boy is 80 years old and shows up at every dancing opportunity there is in New Orleans.  He teaches Israeli dancing locally.  Oh, for good genes and a healthy disposition!
